Hello there! I'm Grant Kitchen, a seasoned professional in the realm of audio and video production, specializing in project management and technical expertise. With a BA in Cinema and Television Arts from California State University, Fullerton, and over a decade of hands-on experience, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the intricate world of audio and visual storytelling.
My journey began over a decade ago when I embarked on a path as a humble DJ in high school. It didn't take long for me to realize that my true passion lies in manipulating sound and images to create captivating narratives. Since then, I've immersed myself in various facets of audio and video production, including music production, video editing, radio broadcasting, podcasting, and live sound engineering.
In my most recent roles, I served as the Chief Video Editor at 7SUN MEDIA and the Technical Director at Titan Radio, California State University, Fullerton's esteemed radio station. At 7SUN MEDIA, I led a talented team of editors, overseeing projects from conceptualization to completion with precision and creativity. Meanwhile, at Titan Radio, I assumed the role of Technical Director, where I managed day-to-day operations, mentored team members, and ensured seamless broadcast quality.
With a knack for problem-solving and a passion for bringing creative visions to life, I am now setting my sights on project coordination roles within the video, audio, and podcasting industries. My goal is to leverage my extensive experience in managing audio and video projects from inception to delivery, coupled with my exceptional organizational skills, to drive successful outcomes and exceed client expectations.
